Understanding the importance of access and completion in higher education means looking at ways to improve the ability of low-income students to attend an institution of higher education and leave with a degree in hand. The Higher Education Committee of 50 will consider ways to level the playing field and help students reach their goals of obtaining a postsecondary education.
